Oh no

Today at 3:00 pm My Dad got a phone call from my Aunt, She was at my Grandparents house. My grand father took the phone and told Dad that Grandma had taken a turn for the worse. She had been in more pain and had less energy the past few days and today she got very bad. I'm not sure exactly what this means as I didn't get to hear the exact words my Grandfather said but plain and simple My Grandma is worse and only has a little while left to live. Yes she has cancer and we all knew this day was coming but I guess I was comfortable with seeing her half dead and didn't think she would get any worse.... If I'm correct tomorrow is her birthday. maybe she'll live to see her 77 birthday but I don't think she will. I'm really scared right now. I'm not sure what to do...
